New grape genome assembly
Improved version of the grapevine genome assembly
IGA has released an improved version of the grapevine genome assembly.
Using new Hi-C data of chromatin interactions and high-density genetic maps, we assigned 98.7 % of scaffold sequences to chromosomes.
